Many worlds, one constant

Each story takes place in a different universe. Some worlds are pure science fiction, some pure fantasy, some a mix of both – and some have already fallen. Every story brings new places and new characters. Only one thing stays the same: someone from our world is torn away and dropped into the unknown, with a task to fulfil.

What that task is, nobody knows at first. Not even the Protector. It only reveals itself along the way.
